6 Ways to Process the Experience of Life

by: Leo Carver The world is a great big buffet of experience. Through the perspective of Ayurvedic philosophy, this statement couldn’t be truer. While mainstream society does place importance on dietary choices, very few people pay attention to what else they put into their bodies, especially the sensory intake of their lives. You can achieve and maintain good health by making conscious choices. But what about factors that seem to be out of your control such as the environment you live in? Media, noise pollution, public chatter, and advertising all appear to be involuntary aspects of our daily experiences. What can you do about degrading ads that appear in your favorite magazine, or the provocative lyrics of a song blasting from a nearby car in traffic? How do you remain centered as you eat your lunch while listening to a nearby group of people who offend every ounce of Zen in your body? Where is the choice in dealing with others and the sometimes offensive nature of the w

‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:2-3‬

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.” ‭‭

50 REASONS TO DRINK WHEATGRASS EVERYDAY

1.  Wheatgrass Juice is one of the best sources of living  chlorophyll  available today. However, to get the full benefit, the chlorophyll must come fresh from a living plant. 2.  Wheatgrass juice is  an effective healer  because  it contains all minerals known to man, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K.  It is extremely  rich in protein , and contains 17 amino acids, the building blocks of protein. 3.  Wheatgrass juice contains up to 70% chlorophyll, which is an important blood builder. The chlorophyll molecules closely resemble that of the hemin molecule, the pigment which combines with protein to form hemoglobin. The major difference is the chlorophyll molecule contains magnesium as it’s central atom, and the hemin molecule contains iron. The molecular structure of these two substances is almost identical in all other respects. 4. Chlorophyll contains enzymes and super- oxide dismutase, a copper-containing protein found in mature red blood cells. This enzyme decomposes

3 Steps to Loving Your Every Emotion

by: Panache Desai Your spouse is growing distant. You’re terrified of losing your job. Your teenager is driving you insane. On the inside, you’re falling apart. But from the outside, no one would ever know. No matter your struggles, you shouldn’t hide your sorrow, deny your fear, or stifle your anger. You may think you’ve crafted a mighty shield between you and your pain, but what happens when you don’t shed the tears, face the fear, or express the rage? Unexpressed emotions erode your authenticity from the inside out and make it more difficult to embody your soul signature. If you’re experiencing challenges in your life, it’s due to one thing—your unwillingness or inability to feel your emotions. Emotions are actually energy in motion, and in their optimal state they are designed to flow. When we don’t experience our feelings, they create a heaviness inside us that narrows our field of energy, blocks the flow, and keeps us from accessing our greater potential. If the weigh

The Midday Trance

I exist unaccompanied, focused on the sound of nothingness contemplating the tribulations that I have dealt with yesterday, encountered today and unequipped for tomorrow. I ask source energy, am I prepared? I do not trust I am ready. Holding it together is extremely difficult and by far the most exhausting part of my life.  Why do I keep these secrets from my creator? He sees it plainly.  My being is a permanent portion of the energy that makes him relevant in my world. I close my eyes and I am transported not physically but by spirit to a place of stillness. I sense a significant temperature drop. My breathing becomes thin, shallow and I perspire less. My limbs weaken as if I no longer have use for the physical muscle I possess. Then there it is I see it all at once. Resembling a vision wrapped in indulgent illumination. Do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.  This is the answer, the t
